Flint & Genesee Group today presented Art of Achievement Awards to 16 exemplary businesses, community leaders and hospitality professionals for their significant contributions to the region’s success in 2021.
‘Exceptional service’, ‘incredibly helpful’ and ‘truly went the extra mile’ are among the many accolades guests at local hotels gave to members of the Flint & Genesee hospitality industry last year. Those who made the greatest impression will be honored as customer service superstars during the 25th Annual Flint & Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) Hospitality Awards.
