Flint-based Rowe Professional Services Company recently received Project of the Year awards for completion of two separate projects from the American Public Works Association (APWA) Michigan Chapter. The projects recognized in the transportation category were the Davison East Flint Street resurfacing project and the reconstruction of the Village of Vernon’s Main Street. Rowe served as the design engineer for both projects.
