Learn 10 Simple Rules for Getting Your Business Online

Regional Chamber Hosts a Business Website Development Workshop

Looking to create a business website that will draw clients?  Consider attending the “Get Your Business Online – Website Development” seminar hosted at the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 11 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Mott Board Room in downtown Flint.

Terry Grover, an advisor for SCORE, a nonprofit business support organization, says there are 10 simple rules for developing a successful website.

“Most business transactions begin with a website visit. Without a website your business is basically invisible to potential clients,” said Grover.  “An effective website is more than sticking your logo and a few images on a page and declaring victory.  To grow your business, a website needs to solve a problem for your clients, not entertain you.  If you attend this seminar and follow the 10 simple rules for website development, it’s a pretty sure bet you will attract more clients.”

There is no cost to attend the seminar, but registration is required.  For more information or to register contact Chelsea Schutz at (810) 600-1437 or .
