‘Time equals flavor for good bread’ at CRUST

Fenton-based CRUST baking company has a new video detailing its slow process, meticulous process to making bread and other baked goods that is sure to make your stomach growl.

The company, which bakes more than 20 varieties of bread and boasts more than 30 wholesale customers from Midland to Dearborn, is planning to expand by 8,500 square feet at its Fenton location in the next 12-18 months. CRUST also operates at the Flint Farmers’ Market.
