PTAC Hosts Navigating Bids Seminar

The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will host a Navigating Bids 2.0 workshop on Wednesday, October 23 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Flint/Genesee Job Corp in Flint.

According to Dustin Frigy, Director of the Chamber’s PTAC the workshop is designed to help businesses understand the government contracting bid process.  He says the workshop provides all of the information needed to navigate the process and develop proposals.

The workshop is the second workshop in the 5-Part Certification Series in Government Contracting. The series highlights ways to pursue federal, state and local contracts.

Attendees also will learn about the services and support the Chamber PTAC has available to help with the contracting process. The workshop will benefit management and employees who currently support or have an interest in facilitating government contracting within their companies.

There is no cost to participate in the series, but registration is required. The Flint/Genesee Job Corp is located at 2400 N. Saginaw Street in Flint.
