Meet Our Speaker
Chris Rishko is the director of Talent Solutions at Michigan Economic Development Corporation. There, he is responsible for developing and implementing systems and strategies, in cooperation with agencies across Michigan, to provide a modernized long-term talent pipeline that will assist employers in realizing the workforce objectives they need to be successful.
Prior to his current position, Rishko served as CEO of Great Lakes Michigan Works where he was responsible for the delivery of numerous federal and state workforce development programs across the five-county Great Lakes Bay Region. Additionally, he is a retired Air Force officer with 22 years’ experience as an Air Battle Manager in multiple command and control weapons systems.
Rishko holds graduate degrees from Central Michigan University and Northwood University. He and his wife, Sara, live in Midland with their four children.
