Be a Tourist in Your Own Hometown

Mark Your Calendar for July 20

Ever wonder what visitors to Flint and Genesee County see when they come to the region?  Where do they eat?  What do they enjoy?  Now you have a chance to Be a Tourist in Your Own Hometown thanks to the Flint & Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau.

On Saturday, July 20 the CVB will host a day-long tour of the region.  The tours will leave from the Riverfront Residence Hall and run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  “Tourists” will receive a passport and can visit any of the sites along the tour route and spend as much time as they desire.

The cost for Be a Tourist in Your Own Hometown is $1.  For more information contact Cheryl DeFrain at (810) 600-1457 or .
