(FLINT, MICH. – May 22, 2014) Ensuring safe work practices and participation in a workers compensation dividend program available through the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce truly paid off for participating member businesses, as they are now sharing an 8 percent workers’ compensation premium dividend.
The 8 percent dividend amount returned is based upon each participant’s premium costs. Since 2004 Accident Fund Insurance Company of America has paid participating Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce member dividends in excess of $1.29 million.

Over and above the dividend opportunities, the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce group dividend program offers a 5-percent discount on workers compensation insurance premium rates to participating businesses.
