The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) have signed on in support of the area’s premier fitness and community-showcase event. The CVB will sponsor the Festival Lot and the USATF Masters One Mile National Championship at the 2015 HealthPlus Crim Festival of Races.
In addition, the FGCC and CVB will have a booth at the Crim Health and Fitness Expo on August 20-21 at the Riverfront Conference Center.
“Each year, the Crim Festival of Races brings thousands and thousands of runners, fans and volunteers into the heart of Flint,” said CVB Director DeAndra McCain. “The energy and excitement in the run up to and on the day of the races is just extraordinary.”
“As the area’s agency for tourism and visitor information, the HealthPlus Crim Festival of Races is a natural fit for the CVB.”
